801Raised is here for you! So, if you aren’t fully satisfied:
Returns made within 15 days of delivery will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Products need to be returned in the same condition and packaging you received them in along with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
How to process a return:

Request an RMA by emailing us at info@801raised.com. Please include your name and order number along with the reason you would like to return the product. Once your request has been reviewed an RMA will be issued.

Send the original order item(s) and a copy of the RMA to the address that is emailed to you.

Once we receive the items and process the return you will receive your refund. Usually within 3-5 business days.
